  • Provide knowledge based ideas for water filtration products specific in new applications or upgrades as well as recommending upgrades or equipment modifications.

  • Assist design engineers on system design, plumbing and placement with specific products for specific applications.

  • Troubleshoot product failure or short life issues and provide solutions to increase the value of the product and reduce operational costs.

  • Assess and remedy any filtration equipment problems.

  • Train Field Consultants, Field Service Managers, Operations Managers on specifics to the types and service of filtration they use.

  • Assess value from vendors/suppliers and service providers with recommendations for improvement to meet client’s needs.

  • Assist and/or coordinate in designing and implementing water filtration equipment Preventative Maintenance programs.

  • Assist and/or coordination of water treatment/filtration project roll outs. Whether new or Reno projects

  • New or Reno project over site with respect to water filtration projects.

  • Assist and/or coordinate in Preventative or Regular maintenance and or service provider program management.

  • Seek out, “head hunt”, service providers and specific product dealers/resellers

  • Work with existing Service/Sales providers to achieve ways of increasing sales and customer base

  • Training service and sales people on good practices to follow for installation of water filtration equipment.

  • Assist Account Executives, Equipment Consultants, Equipment Managers and Project managers on implementing a seamless flow though process on new water filtration projects from start to finish as well as incorporating an achievable maintenance program.
